「局部精準肌肉平衡技法（SPMB）」是一門以原理為核心的徒手治療講座，教導臨床人員如何藉由精準、標準化的評估方式，結合溫和且間接手法，辨識並處理保護性肌肉痙攣。

本講座以骨病醫學原則 及 Lawrence Jones 博士的拮抗鬆弛術(Strain-Counterstrain) 為基礎，並結合DAI獨特的「評估—治療—再評估」臨床哲學，進一步發展並深化了姿勢釋放（Positional Release）的理論與應用。

在 DAI 系統中，每次治療都是從全身篩查檢查（Total Body Screening Examination, TBSE）開始，以判定功能失衡及治療方向是屬於全身性（systemic）或是局部性（specific）。

• 若 TBSE 顯示為局部性問題，治療師接著會進行局部性評估（Specific Evaluation, SPEV），以判定受影響的組織類型——肌肉、筋膜、關節或淋系統。當發現主要問題為肌肉壓痛與保護性痙攣時，即表示應採用局部精準肌肉平衡技法（Specific Muscle Balancing, SPMB）。
• 若 TBSE 顯示為全身性問題，則治療師需先進行全身性治療（如 Systemic Manual Therapy 或 Systemic Orthopedic Balancing）。待全身性失衡改善後，若仍存在局部功能障礙，再進行 SPEV 評估時，若發現仍有局部肌肉功能障礙，即可進入 SPMB 階段，針對肌肉層面進行精準介入。

本講座不僅讓學員了解 SPMB 的理論與技術架構，更幫助臨床治療師掌握其在 DAI 的定位——以「原理為本」的臨床推理，決定治療的部位、對象與時機。

學員將學習如何：

• 理解保護性肌肉痙攣的神經肌肉機制，以及本體感覺反射的作用。
• 進行標準化的局部性評估（SPEV），以判斷何時適合採用SPMB手法。
• 定位並排序壓痛點，找出主導性病灶（dominant lesion）。
• 運用 SPMB 手法，解除保護性肌肉痙攣、恢復肌張力正常化、並重建關節生物力學功能。
• 將 SPMB 融入 DAI 臨床架構中，根據 TBSE 與 SPEV 結果，有效地在全身性與局部性治療間轉換。
• 培養臨床推理能力，判斷何時應從 SPMB 轉向其他局部介入手法（如筋膜、關節或淋巴平衡），以達最佳治療效果。

完成本講座後，學員將能夠：

• 在短時間內有效減輕肌肉痙攣與壓痛。
• 改善 關節活動度(joint mobility)、姿勢對齊(postural alignment)與功能性活動範圍(functional range of motion)。
• 降低因肌肉功能障礙所導致的筋膜張力(fascial tension)、腫脹(swelling)與疼痛(pain)。
• 恢復神經肌肉平衡，促進最佳生理功能。
• 將 SPMB 無縫銜接於全身性(systemic)與局部性(specific)治療流程之中。

適合：西醫師、中醫師、物理治療師、職能治療師、身體工作專家(body worker)等。

上述講座將介紹全身性模式與全身篩查檢查（TBSE）的基礎理解，為進入特定性徒手治療之臨床決策奠定關鍵基礎。
