  什麼是「脊椎側彎與脊椎變形的結構整合手法」？

這是一門由羅夫結構整合師暨認證結構整合師 Katia’ Hofheins 所設計研發的專業臨床講座。

在這為期四天的講座中，將深入探討並實作各類脊椎彎曲型態，包括脊椎側彎（scoliosis）、腰椎前凸（lordosis）與胸椎後凸（kyphosis）。Katia 將示範實際操作技術，著重於調整靠近彎曲區域的筋膜組織，支持其重新組織與排列，從而達到類似「重新塑形脊椎」的效果。

講座內容包含充足的示範時間、問答討論、身體閱讀（body-reading）、軀幹對稱評估（辨識可能反映脊椎結構偏移的非對稱現象），以及實際操作練習。

講座中的技術源自 Katia Hofheins 在其 Rolfing® 臨床實務中的經驗，透過視覺化的身體閱讀，以及將雙手作為「觀察工具」，進行三維（3D）結構描繪，進而理解並處理脊椎及其周邊相關結構之間的連結關係。

  為何要學習「脊椎側彎與脊椎變形的結構整合手法」？

脊椎曲線的問題往往不僅僅是骨骼位置，更關乎神經系統的張力與筋膜的限制模式。
  1. 學習並理解脊椎側彎的定義、分類，以及常見的組織受限模式（Restriction Patterns）。
  2. 理解未有正式醫學診斷，但已呈現異常的脊椎曲線特徵。
  3. 透過視覺與觸診（如有X光可輔助判讀）評估側彎程度；利用坐姿或站姿前彎測試，觀察椎體旋轉（Vertebral Rotation）的跡象。
  4. 理解身體閱讀（Body Reading），並將評估結果應用於治療計畫的擬定
  5. 掌握本項技術相關的禁忌症。
  6. 學習如何與個案建立良好關係，同時提供安全與舒適的治療環境
  7. 具備基礎的前後測紀錄能力，同時尊重並營造個案與治療師的安全空間
  8. 學習如何透過徒手技術，引導個案神經系統產生正向回應
  9. 學習如何透過整合技術妥善結束一次療程
  10. 示範符合治療目標的居家動作練習（movement homework）
  11. 學習如何將上述技術有效整合並應用於現有的臨床實務中

  您將會學到什麼？

本講座為期四天，包含充裕的演示、問答、身體閱讀、軀幹對稱性評估以及手法實作，核心學習點包括：
  1. 脊椎解構與精準評估：
    • 深入理解各類脊椎曲線（側彎、前凸、後凸）及其限制模式
    • 運用動態測試（如前彎測試）與 X 光片，辨識椎體旋轉與脊椎彎曲程度
    • 學習身體閱讀技巧，評估肩膀、肩胛骨與腰線的對稱性與結構偏差，為手法介入提供精準依據
  2. 手法實作：
    • 練習針對脊椎及周邊筋膜的徒手操作，改善軀幹對稱性
    • 學習如何透過手法介入神經系統，促進深層組織整合與張力平衡
    • 體驗多種操作方式，提升手法精確度與操作信心
  3. 整合與療程管理：
    • 掌握完整療程流程，包括整合技巧與結束療程的方法
    • 示範居家運動與自我調整建議，協助個案維持治療效果
    • 學習前後紀錄方式，追蹤個案進展，確保臨床操作安全且有效

KATIA’ HOFHEINS 導師

Katia’ Hofheins 是一位專業的認證羅夫治療師（Certified Rolfer®），也是認證高階結構整合師（Board-Certified Structural Integrator）。
在脊椎結構整合領域擁有多年臨床經驗。她專精於脊椎側彎、過度前凸及後凸等各類曲線異常的評估與徒手操作，將精準的解剖知識、身體閱讀技巧與筋膜整合手法相結合，改善軀幹對稱性、椎體旋轉及深層組織張力。

Katia’ 同時精通 BoneWork 與 ScarWork 技術，能靈活將不同手法整合於臨床實務中，提升結構調整的深度與療效。她的教學風格嚴謹且沉穩，強調安全、非侵入性的操作，並引導學員掌握完整療程流程、手法精準度及前後紀錄能力，使學員在臨床中能有效應用並維持治療效果。

講座中，Katia’ 注重理論與實作並重，透過身體閱讀、軀幹對稱性評估及神經整合手法，引導學員快速理解並實作脊椎結構調整技術，幫助學員建立深度、安全且可持續的臨床能力。

  • 若招生不足，本單位有取消講座的權利。
  • 若因講座取消或改期而導致相關損失(如訂房費，交通費等)，恕難由主辦單位負責。
  • 若因不可抗拒之因素而無法舉辦，則該堂講座之報名費全額退費。
  • 若因個人因素無法參加，於「講座開始日」前31日之前申請退費者，酌收行政作業費用 $1000 元/堂（海外學員另有退費行政費用規範）。
  • 「講座開始日」前30日至前16日間申請退費者，退還70%。
  • 「講座開始日」前15日至前8日間申請退費者，退還50%。

  • Somategrity Academy reserves the right to cancel the course due to insufficient enrollment.
  • If the course be canceled or postponed eventually, Somategrity Academy is not responsible for extra costs including transportation fee, living expenses, etc.
  • The registration fee will be fully refunded in case of course-cancelation due to irresistible cause.
  • Attendees who give up their spot due to personal reasons, their registration fee will be refunded by a percentage based on the date they applied for a refund:
    1. Applied for a refund 31 days before the course start date: 100% full tuition fee refund, but a 1000 NTD administration fee will be charged.
    2. Applied for a refund in between the period of 16 to 30 days before the course start date: a 70% registration fee refund.
    3. Applied for a refund in between the period of 8 to 15 days  before the course start date: a 50% registration fee refund.
  • There will be no refunds for attendees who are absent from the course, and the refunds cannot be applied within 7 days before the course start date, either.

  轉課約定

  • 轉課以一次為限，辦理後不得再次申請轉課。
  • 講座開始日前 31日（含） 申請轉課者，如有產生退費差額，將酌收行政作業費用 $500 元/堂（海外學員另有退費行政費用規範）。
  • 講座開始日前 30日內，不接受轉課申請，僅可依照退費約定辦理退費。

 

  • Course transfer is limited to one time only. Once processed, no further transfer requests will be accepted.
  • For transfer requests made 31 days or more before the course start date, an administrative fee of $500 per course will be charged if there is any refund difference (additional regulations apply for overseas participants).
