  • Mudra as Microcosm: Ancient yogis throughout Asia developed an elaborate understanding of the connection between the microcosm of our human body and the macrocosm of the rest of the universe. Learn some of the most potent mudras for your constitution and specific needs.

Cain Carroll

Cain Carroll 來自美國,是根源性自我修復(radical self-healing)和具體的靈性實踐(embodied spiritual practice)課程的老師兼發起人。他的工作源自於對瑜伽、氣功、佛教、道教和中醫的多年深入研究和實踐。
Cain 從13歲開始接受正規培訓,並在印度、泰國、尼泊爾、厄瓜多爾、哥倫比亞和美國的大師們指導下學習;2006年,他以 E-RYT 500 的級別加入了瑜伽聯盟(the Yoga Alliance)。

Cain Carroll is an American teacher and author who leads courses in radical self-healing and embodied spiritual practice. His work is informed by years of in-depth study and practice of Yoga, Qigong, Buddhism, Daoism, and Classical Chinese Medicine. Cain began his formal training at age 13 and has studied under the guidance of master teachers in India, Thailand, Nepal, Ecuador, Colombia, and USA.
